Making Masks / Peels at Home

No comments:

Hello dear Perfeazing Cosmetics followers. Today, as I promised you in my other post, I will suggest a few simple peels that I think can be useful for skin care that can be done at home with natural products.

1. Peeling With Coffee Grounds

There is a high level of caffeine in coffee. Caffeine has a rejuvenating effect for the body and skin. While coffee peeling purifies the skin from dead skin, it revitalizes the skin and makes it look healthier. Gently rub the coffee grounds on your face and massage, then wash gently with lukewarm water. Afterwards, you should definitely use a moisturizer.

  2. Olive Oil And Sugar Peeling (For Dry or Combination Skin)

As you know, olive oil is a great antioxidant. It renews, brightens and moisturizes the skin. Sugar, on the other hand, has the ability to revitalize and tighten the skin. People with dry skin should use this peeling. Mix olive oil and granulated sugar in a bowl. Apply to skin that has been cleansed with toner or wash gel and massage into the skin using circular motions. After application, rinse your skin with lukewarm water. This peeling will exfoliate, tighten and moisturize your skin.

Now let's take a look at what masks you can make with the products available at home.

Wet Yeast Mask:

 When the yeast is applied to the skin in the form of a mask, it creates a face lift effect on the skin, reduces wrinkles, lightens the color of the spots and dries the acne. The rejuvenation effect of the yeast mask, which is applied once every 15 days on young skins and once a week on aged skin, is visible and surprising. Now let's examine rejuvenating masks;

Wet Yeast / Dry Yeast and Milk (For Combination and Dry Skin)

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon fresh yeast or dry yeast

Slowly add the yeast into 1 tablespoon of milk and mix.

Apply the lotion-like mask on your skin with the help of a mask brush in upward movements on the entire face, including under the eyes. Leave it on your skin for about 20/30 minutes.

After the mask dries and your skin is stretched well, apply warm water to your face as a tampon and let the mask soften.

After the mask softens, rinse your face with lukewarm water.

Egg White Mask (For All Skin Types)

The benefits of egg whites to the skin are quite high. It tightens the skin, opens wrinkles, shrinks pores, reduces acne and blackheads.

Egg White Mask Application:

Separate the egg white and yolk.

Whisk the egg whites with a fork until it froths.

Apply the whipped mixture to your clean skin, even under the eyes, with upward movements.

After waiting for 20/30 minutes, wash your skin with lukewarm water.

You can apply the egg white mask once a week or every 15 days.
